What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means you are purchasing a product that isn't available to ship immediately. If a product is on pre-order it means our stock is currently in production. By placing a pre-order you are effectively reserving the product to ensure you receive it as soon as it is available.
When will my payment be taken?
Your payment will be taken immediately.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
The estimated dispatch date for a pre-order product will be displayed on the product page. This is subject to change. Please check the product page for updates to the estimated dispatch date or email our Customer Care team for an update.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
It's possible to cancel your pre-order if it has not yet shipped. Please email our Customer Care team if you'd like to cancel your pre-order.
What happens if I place a pre-order with an Express delivery service?
Any pre-orders placed with an Express shipping method (UK or International) can not be dispatched immediately. They are still subject to the estimated dispatch date displayed on the product page but will be dispatched using your chosen shipping method once stock is available.
What if I order other products alongside my pre-order product(s)?
If your order contains other in stock items alongside your pre-order product, we will ship all in stock items immediately. Your pre-order product will then ship separately once available using our Standard UK or International shipping services.
What if I need my pre-order product to ship with an Express shipping service?
If you require your pre-order to ship with an Express or trackable shipping service we recommend you place a separate order for your pre-order style(s).
