Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you've chosen a trackable service your tracking code will be included in this email. You can also contact our Customer Care Team to help track down your order.
Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to Rock N Rose. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.  If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and details of the items returned.
How do I return an item?
We hope you’re head over heels in love with your jewels, but if for any reason you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us (except pierced jewellery or sale items) within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you for a full refund. Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange any item for a different size or colour of the same item. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. You can exchange any unwanted items (except pierced jewellery or sale items) within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you. I have seen a product I love but now it’s out of stock!
We understand how frustrating it is if the item you’ve been obsessing over is out of stock but the good news is we often restock our most popular styles. Please drop our Customer Care Team an email to check if your fave styles will be restocked soon. You can also keep an eye on the Back in Stock section on our website.
Can I amend my order?
We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend it. It is simple to return any unwanted items back to us. Please see our returns page.
Do you have any discount codes?!
Make sure you’re the first to know about any exclusive discounts by signing up to our email updates and get following us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or in addition to any student discount you may be entitled to (unless otherwise stated). Only one discount code is permitted per order. Sorry!
I’ve forgotten to use my discount code!
Oops! Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add a discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order; check out the terms and conditions of the code.
Do you accept student discount?
Yes, students can receive a discount with a valid NUS Extra code or UNiDAYS number. Once you’ve filled your bag, click ‘proceed to checkout’ and enter your discount code. Your student discount will not be added to delivery charges or sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one discount code may be redeemed against any one order.
What is plated metal and why does it make my skin green?
Gold plated or silver plated jewellery is jewellery made of a base metal (such as copper or brass) with a layer of gold or silver applied to the surface of the metal. Acid from your skin or from your perfume/lotions can react with the base metals in your jewels to produce a green oxidation on your skin. This is not dangerous and can be washed away. Sterling silver and gold jewellery are much less likely to cause these green marks on the skin. Keep lotions, perfumes and soaps away from jewellery and avoid showering or bathing in your jewels. If you continue to have problems, try applying a thin coat of nail varnish to the inside of your rings or the back of your necklaces.
I’ve received the wrong product in my order/there is an item missing from my order!
